On 28 March 2002 the Principality of Liechtenstein submitted this 200-page document which contains the reasons behind the action which it is bringing before the International Court of Justice in The Hague. Dr. Alexander Goepfert (48), in his capacity as the Special Commissioner and Agent, today filed an application with the International Court of Justice against the Federal Republic of Germany. Liechtenstein accuses Germany of disregarding the sovereignty of Liechtenstein and of violating the property rights of Liechtenstein citizens. |
