The Principality of Liechtenstein’s Counsel for the International Court of Justice

Parties to a case before the International Court of Justice are assisted by legal counsel. The counsel, made up of renowned experts in public international law (both scholars and practitioners), must be appointed to the Court. They are responsible for advising the Agent in his work and assisting him in the preparation of pleadings or arguments for the court hearing. Due to the exceptional nature of the case, the Principality of Liechtenstein has enlisted a distinguished group of advisers:

Prof. Dr. Dieter Blumenwitz
Prof. Dr. Thomas Bruha
Prof. Dr. James Crawford
Prof. Dr. Gerhard Hafner
Prof. Alain Pellet
